The customisable artificial intelligence guide for telling the story of cultural heritage
Sof.IA© is an interactive, multimedia AI guide for public institutions, museums, parks, libraries, universities, cities, villages and places of culture.
Sof.IA© is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is an intelligent guide built on a dedicated knowledge base: the institution’s profile, frequently asked questions, texts, documents, official website, points of interest, routes and information material are organised to become the ground on which the AI builds its answers. The result is a guide that is always available, reachable from the web, able to accompany visitors before, during and after the visit, presenting the institution’s heritage in modern, conversational and controlled language.
